    Well done, Mark! Mental discipline is where it’s at! One of my blog posts over a year ago was called “Getting in Elk Shape”. I discussed the simplicity of losing weight and getting in shape, and it all really comes down to setting your mind to it. Eat Less, Move More, Everyday.

    • You are so right, Tom. It really is simple. Not easy, but simple. Everybody wants a magic pill/diet, but it all comes down to smart choices and hard work.

  • Very Cool Mark! I was hitting the gym hard 4-5 days per week for about 90 days and was doing great until a few things kind of blew up on me with work/life/money. I need to get back to it! Congrats and keep up the good work!
