Ok, so I am not really half the hunter that I used to be. Technically, after losing over 30 pounds, I am about 87% of the hunter that I used to be.
Today marks the 100th day of a life change. My choice to stop making excuses, to stop being comfortable, to stop putting it off…my choice to become what I knew I needed to become for myself, my family, and my health. I didn’t start this journey with a set goal of losing a specific amount of weight. I started with one goal in mind – putting myself on the right track to become healthier. I needed to change my eating habits, my exercise habits, and my philosophy about time. I am one hundred days in and I am happy to report that the change has been more successful that I could have imagined.
In the coming months I will be sharing more about how I got here – what changes I made, what worked, and what didn’t. But for now, I want to leave you with this… Don’t put off becoming who you want to be. I don’t care if it is something to do with your health, your career, or maybe a relationship. Time is short. Live life.
“Good ideas are not adopted automatically. They must be driven into practice with courageous patience.”
